At RadiantLook, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Due to hygiene reasons, some products (like makeup sponges) cannot be returned once opened.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
How to Return an Item

- Follow the instructions provided for shipping your item back.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging for return.
